Dinner tonight...

So for dinner I made marinated flank steak with roasted corn relish (to be fair, that was from Dinners by Design. But I still made it myself, then froze it). Along with the steak I baked some potatoes and made some seared rainbow chard, plus I drizzled olive oil, salt and pepper on some tomatoes and grilled those too. Then while I was at it I added garlic mayo on top of the grilled tomatoes. I poured us each a cabernet and made a green salad, then started cutting watermelon chunks for dessert.

Then Dave called to say that he had been asked to go to dinner with our boss tonight. Huh.
